Journal Locations Guide
All 30 DIVE or DIE journal pages — fixed map locations, logbook date order, and where to look when you are missing entries.
Thirty Pages, Not a Date Hunt
The Abyssal Pool hides 30 Journal pages that reconstruct the world’s history. You do not need to collect them in chronological order. The logbook sorts every page by date after you pick it up, so a later R.E. entry can sit in your book before an earlier one if you found it first.
Pages are tied to fixed locations, not to the date printed on them. If your log order differs from another Chief’s, that is expected. Community mapping through mid-August 2026 has confirmed all thirty entries; published maps still mark fewer pins, so a missing page is usually a missed room, not a missing item.
Logbook Dates (Collection Order Does Not Matter)
Confirmed titles in the logbook:
- 1 R.E. — June 17, June 29, July 12, August 3, September 12, October 25, December 25
- 2 R.E. — March 7, September 2
- 3 R.E. — March 30, April 12, April 17, April 25, May 1, May 16
- 4 R.E. — January 6, April 6, July 8
- 6 R.E. — April 22, June 6, June 6 (second entry)
- 1 P.R. — July 15, August 8, November 30
- 3 P.R. — March 1, October 7
- 4 P.R. — June 28
- 5 P.R. — April 14, November 13
- 6 P.R. — April 2
Do not dive “for June 17.” Dive for the room you have not looted.
Where Missing Pages Usually Hide
- Floating structures in the Crimson Basin, including the L-shaped cliff top.
- The Chapel tied to the Eastern Stalker Well, plus the passages between the Well and the Chapel.
- Another floating building near the Church Altar.
- Western Well interiors and Graveyard side rooms once those biomes are mapped.
If you are one or two pages short, revisit every known journal room instead of searching by date. Journals do not block the eight-Idol ending — collect them on appointment days when you already have a warp into that biome.
