Extend the Flood Countdown in DIVE or DIE — Worship, underwater altars, and day management strategy.
Two Methods for Extra Days
Method one: Worship at the settlement Altar. Sacrifice Nutrition (25% Worship), Morale (25%), or a survivor (15% per level). At 100% Worship, gain one day. One offering per day maximum.
Method two: Underwater altar sacrifice in any biome. Sacrifice the diver to bless the biome and gain one day. One altar per biome — limited total extensions from this method.
Optimal Worship Schedule
Begin daily Worship by day five at latest. Nutrition sacrifices are cheapest early when Fishing Hut is not yet producing. Switch to Morale sacrifices when Memento stocks are high. Survivor sacrifices only for expendable low-level recruits.
Upgrade Altar to Tier 3 for Devotion. Combine with underwater altar sacrifices during biome blessing runs for maximum day gain.
Planning Purchased Days
Every purchased day needs an appointment: complete an Idol attempt, finish Infirmary recovery, execute a Blessed harvest, or unlock a Diving Deck tier. Random farming on purchased days wastes the extension.
